We proudly hosted our first internal workshop on Stress Management, in collaboration with Sri Lanka Sumithrayo, on 12th November 2025. This workshop was conducted in line with International Stress Awareness Week, emphasizing the importance of understanding, managing, and preventing stress before it affects our wellbeing or productivity.

Stress has become an inevitable part of modern life, especially in fast-paced corporate environments. But knowing what stress truly is, its underlying causes, and how to effectively cope with it can make a remarkable difference. Through this session, our team explored practical strategies to identify early signs of stress, maintain emotional balance, and foster a more compassionate workplace culture.

What made the session truly special was its holistic approach: it was not only about managing one’s own challenges but also about supporting others who might be silently struggling.
